Dolphins Pre-Competitive Team
About the Program
The Bronze 1 is
designed for young athletes between the ages of 6-12 that provides a solid
foundation for competitive swimming. The goal is to educate young
swimmers about the sport through games, drills, and basic swim sets. We
will focus on basic fundamentals of the 4 competitive strokes—freestyle,
backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke (each session will concentrate on
a different competitive stroke). This program will run on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the original pool from 4:00-5:00PM for 4 weeks at a time. The size of the clinic will be limited to 15
swimmers per session.
Registrations are
due 1 week before the start of each session (the previous Friday).
